Junior Scholars Bursaries for the British Society for the History of Philosophy annual conference
The International Berkeley Society is offering up to four bursaries of £300 each for ‘junior scholars’; taken to include any postgraduate student (including Masters) and those not in full-time employment. The main aim of this scheme is to encourage emerging researchers to take an interest in the complexities of Berkeley’s thought.
Applicants should send a personal statement (max 500 words) outlining their eligibility and scholarly/philosophical interests, and explaining their motivations for wishing to attend the symposium on ‘The Problematic Berkeley’ which will take place at the BSHP annual conference in April 2022 (the conference runs from April 21st-23rd).
Submissions should be sent to: firstname.lastname@example.org by 28th February.
